Job brief
We are looking for a part time reliable and confident Assistant Manager with a customer service focused to work from home most of the time.
Our ideal candidate will be a leader with a strong business mindset. You should also be apt in organizing and solving problems. Interpersonal and mediation skills will be very useful, since you’ll often be acting as a point of contact between manager, employees and customers.
The goal is to secure the effective operation of our cookery school and the satisfaction of our clients.
Responsabilities
- Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy, services and products
- Call attendant inside a fix schedule
- Coordinate operations
- Promote posts at social media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc
- Ensure schedules and objectives are met
- Supervise and motivate staff
- Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications
- Alongside the manager, create budgets and quotations and sale to customers
- Create reports, analyze and interpret data
- Secure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines
- Proven experience as customer service principles and practices
- Proven experience in sales
- Not assistant manager experience required
- Laptop and smart phone owner
- Knowledge or interest in gastronomy and food
- Familiar with financial
- Knowledge of data analysis procedures
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Analytical mind with good math skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
- Spanish spoken
